Over a year ago, The Kennedy family asked me to photograph Asiah’s maternity photos. Such a simple inquiry led to over a year of getting to know this beautiful family.

When I first started my photography I was strictly an automotive photographer, which is when i first met Asiah. About one year after that, she had met Zach, now her Husband, who truly brings out the best in her, and together they now have little miss Raelynn, who started our portrait photography journey together, and is a whole year old! After knowing Asiah for two years, and her beautiful little family for one, I can easily say that we have grown so close and that is absolutely the best part of this job.

I am beyond blessed to have the opportunity to grow alongside such an amazing family like the Kennedy’s, and so many more. Their loyalty warms my heart, and I am so grateful for them. Thank you Asiah and Zach, for always choosing me to capture what matters most to you.

Raelynn is a one year old! She is so smart, especially sassy, and on the move!

She was my first maternity session, my first newborn session, and now she is my first one year milestone session! Watching her grow has been such an honor, and seeing the goofy little girl she is growing up to be is even better. Her sass, since day one, is especially hilarious. As soon as you put a camera in front of this girl she will jerk her head around, and make it her life’s mission to avoid it at all costs! Luckily, I have some tricks up my sleeve and we were able to some adorably chaotic shots of Rae! Of course, she was still stubborn, nothing new! However, she did surprise me… She stood up, and tried to walk! Which created some of the most adorable photos I have ever taken! Between trying to walk, and clapping her hands we managed to complete the session!

But, before i show you the ‘adorably chaotic’ sneak peeks… One more thank you to one of the most amazing families. I genuinely so grateful for you guys choosing me time and time again. Thank you for choosing me, yet again, to capture what matters most.
