Let me just say, what a way to kick off Mini Session season!

The amazingly sweet Garoutte family was the first family to get in front of my *brand new* camera, and the first Mini session of the 2025 fall season, and they ROCKED IT!

My first impression of this adorable family was “Holy moly! These outfits are SO STINKIN CUTE!!!” I mean seriously. So. Stinkin. Cute! Then when we got to walking and talking, it got awesome! It was like we had been friends for years! Even though our time together was short, it was nothing less than sweet!

When we reached the pathways at Overlook Park in Georgetown we got right to work, we only had 15 minutes together after all! But boy was it a productive and magical 15 minutes. I firmly believe they have been in front of my camera in past lives, because they were total naturals! What was my favorite part, you ask? Well, here is my answer: Easily the first few photos i snapped. The whole family taking a stroll down the path, smiling, laughing, and full of love. I couldn’t help but smile the entire time!

From the bottom of my heart, Liz, Taylor, Olivia, and Oliver, you four were truly amazing to photograph, and I hope I get the honor to do it again sometime!
