The Kennedy family is no stranger to Captured by Riley Marie. They have been around since the very beginning. (Even before I started portrait photography!)

Talk about loyalty.

So when Asiah texted me and asked, “What are you doing today at 1:15? We are going to the pumpkin patch, and want some family photos!” I dropped everything and (obviously) said “Of course!!!”

You’re probably thinking (or maybe not) Riley… 1PM!? What about the harsh sun? Blazing down, and creating some really harsh (and unflattering) light on this beautiful family!? Don’t worry, I took care of it. We searched the high and low throughout the grounds to find the *perfect* spots to snap our photos.

While this was technically a family lifestyle session, I may or may not have gotten slightly carried away with some Raelynn glamour shots… But who wouldn’t!? She is just so. Frickin. CUTE!

So, flash forward a couple of hours and we arrive at the cutest little pumpkin festival, hunt down the cutest spots we can given the time of day, and started snapping away! Miss Raelynn wasn’t very happy at first, but I had a few tricks up my sleeve. (You can read about those tips + tricks here!) And in the end, we got the cutest little family photos you’ve ever seen!

I can’t thank the Kennedy’s enough for choosing me to capture what matters most to them, yet again. It it always my greatest pleasure having you guys in front of my camera. Until next time, my dear friends!
