It doesn’t feel real… 

My little sister said *YES*!

Hollyn said yes to lifetime of happiness and love with Maurice, and I couldn’t be happier for the two of them!!

Going into this session Hollyn had absolutely no clue what was happening. It was just another session for her… But little did she know! As we walked up Mount Bonnell we made a few stops to capture some sweet moments between boyfriend & girlfriend. One pose here, another pose there, it was going beautifully smooth. 

We almost made it to the very top until Maurice and I made eye contact, and we both knew that *this* was the spot.

I guided both Hollyn and Maurice into a classic pose, her belly button to his hip, her hand on her chest… 

Thats when I asked Maurice to slide his hand into his pocket..

He gently puts his hand in his pocket, clutching the most beautiful ring a woman could ever dream of, making his way down onto one knee. 

He revealed the ring, Hollyns face lit up, and her body froze. She couldn’t believe it was finally happening. She had dreamt of this day since she first laid eyes on Maurice. 

Thats when the most soft and hopeful “Yes, Yes I will marry you.” Escaped her lips.

The joyous tears and hugs soon began, and I couldn’t be more excited for my little sister, and Maurice. 

Hollyn walked into this session a girlfriend, and left a fiancé, and will soon be marrying her high school sweetheart!

I am so honored to have captured this unbelievable moment, and am grateful that Maurice trusted me enough to do so.

Now it’s time to start planning a wedding!
